Tiptop Audio’s Z-DSP is a cartridge-based open source digital sound processing and effects generating platform for your modular synthesizer. Lush audio processing, greater stereo depth and a unique set of digital synthesis is what the Z-DSP is all about.

• Cartridges, taking things old school:
  TipTop Audio have a range of cards available which you can slot into the Z-DSP to expand it’s functionality, Halls of Valhalla, Time Fabric, Clocked Delays and Grain De Folie are a range you can use. This means you’ll never be stuck with finding a new sound, you can also use USB with another additional device.
• Updated:
  The Z-DSP has been updated to improve sound quality and to a lower noise to signal ratio. An analogue dry/wet circuit has been implemented to remove the 3db gain drop.
• Fully compatible:
  Whilst this is an updated unit, all previous cards are compatible with both the original and the now newer Z-DSP.
