Description

SynthForSale are happy to be able to introduce a range of Live Sound by Yamaha who are dominating the PA Speakers and Monitors category at the moment The price is the best you can probably get. Grab it online in the UK from £549 P+P The Yamaha DHR12M is a two-way bi-amp active loudspeaker with a 12-inch woofer and a 1.75-inch compression driver in a compact coaxial configuration. The DHR12M takes the advanced feature-set of Yamaha’s brand-new DHR series, and puts it into the perfect enclosure for floor monitoring. With a 1000W amplifier and advanced new DSP technology, the DHR12M is an eminently rugged and clear-sounding floor monitor. The DHR series carries the same plywood enclosure as Yamaha’s beloved DZR series, reducing vibrations from the drivers, so your performers can hear themselves at their best. Having developed cutting-edge new DSP technology, Yamaha’s FIR-X system provides smooth, dynamic linear phase FIR (finite infinite response) filters at the crossover frequency instead of the typical crossovers of other loudspeakers. This makes a smooth, almost unnoticeable crossover between the powerful 12-inch woofer and the bright, present coaxial compression driver, while avoiding the all-too-common phase smear distortion that can muddy the sound of your venue.

Stuff About Yamaha

Yamaha, based in Japan, is one of the world’s most respected instrument makers. They changed the game with the DX7 in the 1980s, pioneering FM synthesis that defined the sound of a decade. Today they continue with powerful workstations like Montage and MODX, plus digital pianos found on stages everywhere. Yamaha gear is known for reliability, road-readiness and excellent support. For musicians who want long-lasting instruments that still inspire creativity, Yamaha remains a top choice.
