Description

The Korg NAUTILUS 61 AT Aftertouch Synth & Workstation – 61 Key is New Delivered to all areas of the UK using our roadie delivery service.

Nautilus is Korg’s flagship workstation and their successor to the Kronos. The Nautilus AT 61 brings aftertouch technology to the line, bringing with it the power of more in-depth expression. The Korg Nautilus AT 61 brings a responsive and smooth synthesizer keyboard to the table with an outstanding playing feel, coupled with nine different sound engines, your fingers are spoiled for choice.

Nautilus 61 AT provides 16 internal effects to add impact to your sonic creations. Each of the 12 Insert effects can be applied to individual or multiple timbres in a combination, or to individual or multiple tracks of the sequencer. In addition, two Master effects can be applied to sends 1/2, and two Total effects can be applied to all tracks at the final stage of the sound.

A separate three-band EQ is provided for every timbre, for every sequencer track, and for every audio track for adjusting subtle tonal balances or for creatively modifying the overall sound.

The nerve centre of the Nautilus is Korg’s enormous eight-inch (800 x 480 pixel) WVGA colour TouchView display.

In addition to simply selecting a sound or choosing a parameter with the touch of a finger, the enhanced Touch-Drag ability allows more detailed control of parameter values. Interactive instruments and panel graphics provide the ability to do everything from adjusting the lid of a grand piano to connecting patch cable on a semi-modular synthesizer model.

The TouchView display also hosts a convenient new Search Function, allowing you to search for (and preview) sounds based on their titles.

To top this off, the unit is finished with luxurious wooden side panels.

Key Features:

  • Aftertouch:
This gives you the ability to have greater control over your sound, pressing the key not only plays note information but once pressed, subtle changes in pressure can then modulate other parameters. An example of this, a lovely synth pad but whilst you’re holding the chord, changes in pressure can alter the filter cutoff to open or close. This gives an enormous advantage to playability and expressivity.
  • Smooth Transition:
We have all been there, playing a show or recording and you change sounds, only to hear all aspects of the previous sound get cut, however here if you change the sound, it doesn’t do that, the old sound will ring out naturally giving a more organic feel to your patch changes.
  • 16 Track Midi Sequencer:
16 tracks is more than enough to write something for a song, here you can utilise the Nautilus’s multi track midi sequencer to be able to sequence the internal sounds, or external gear.

The Important stuff

61. All Offers. Digital Synths. Keyboards / Pianos. Semi-modular & Desktop Synths. Synths & Workstations. Utility. Workstation

A Workstation is a professional keyboard instrument that combines high-quality sounds with powerful sequencing, recording, and performance features. More than just a keyboard, it acts as a complete music production hub, allowing players to compose, arrange, and perform without needing extra equipment.

Workstations typically include a wide range of instrument voices, drum kits, effects, and built-in sequencers for layering and arranging tracks. Many also offer sampling, audio recording, and deep integration with MIDI or computer software.

Favoured by composers, producers, and live performers, workstations are versatile tools that bring together creativity and practicality in one instrument.
