SOMA laboratory

SOMA Laboratory creates experimental electronic instruments whose controls and signal paths are intended to feel physical, interactive and a little unpredictable. The SynthForSale catalogue includes Lyra-4, Lyra-8, Pulsar-23, Pipe, Cosmos, RoAT, utilities and other sound-design tools. Its products cover synthesis, organismic rhythm, feedback, drones, external processing and unusual performance interfaces rather than one conventional keyboard format. Read each model’s power, I/O and control method carefully: a SOMA instrument may be a complete desktop system, a drum machine or a specialised utility.
