Sound generation is powered by two oscillators per voice, each capable of producing 56 Core waveforms and real-time digital algorithms. These are paired with six oscillator modifiers and XCore cross-modulation for deep sonic complexity. The synth also includes 34 filter types, three ADSR envelopes, and three LFOs with variable shapes, offering detailed sound sculpting options. Carbon 8X features an integrated polyphonic sequencer and programmable arpeggiator with multiple direction modes and step editing. Three stereo FX engines support 26 different effect types, letting you shape and polish your sound in real time. With 500 memory slots, including 300 factory presets, it is a powerful tool for anyone creating expressive, modern music The Carbon 8X also features a range of connection options including USB MIDI, full-size MIDI I/O, Sync I/O, audio input, headphone out and dual 1/4-inch outputs.
