Moog (pronounced “mohg”) is a legendary American synthesizer company founded by Dr. Robert Moog in 1953. Moog is widely credited with creating the first commercial synthesizer, the Moog Modular, and later popularizing the synthesizer with the iconic Minimoog Model D in the early 1970s.
