Description
The Expert Sleepers Forever Freeze FX Module is a Eurorack effects module designed for creating frozen textures sustained drones and layered ambient sounds within modular setups. Based on the Temporal Freeze algorithm from the disting NT it provides three independent freeze voices that can each be controlled separately for more flexible performance and sound design options. Every freeze voice includes its own gate input and toggle switch allowing you to trigger effects manually or from external CV sources. This makes it easy to build rhythmic freezes evolving textures or performance-focused transitions directly within your patch. Each voice also supports overdubbing so you can continuously layer new material into the frozen audio for denser and more complex soundscapes. Playback can also be shifted down by an octave adding extra weight and depth to drones pads and sustained effects. A built-in USB port provides firmware updates configuration access and MIDI control for deeper integration with studio and live setups.
