Description
The Pittsburgh Modular Lifeforms SV-2 Analog Synthesizer is a semi-modular analog synth for musicians who want classic subtractive synthesis with wider sound design possibilities. Building on the original SV-1 it introduces redesigned triangle core oscillators expanded filter modes and multiple stages of analog saturation across the signal path. You can start playing straight away thanks to its normalled signal path then move into fully modular patching as your ideas develop. An 84-point patch bay and integrated Eurorack expansion bay make it easy to create more complex routing without changing instruments. Alongside its flexible synthesis engine the SV-2 includes dual envelope generators a versatile arpeggiator spring reverb and a custom 37-key keyboard with pitch and modulation wheels. From rich analogu leads to evolving textures and heavily driven sounds it provides a broad range of creative tools while keeping everything within a familiar hands-on workflow.
