Description

The Strymon Magneto Four Head dTape Echo & Looper is a comprehensive and highly versatile four-channel tape echo and looping module. The Four Head dTape Echo & Looper can create a wide variation of sounds from expansive soundscapes to out-of-this-world tones. The Strymon Magneto Four Head captures the essence of vintage tape systems with its built-in natural saturation and soft clipping of the magnetic tape when pushed to the max. The unit combines a tape delay looper phrase sampler vintage spring reverb chaotic oscillator and more with extensive CV connectivity for optimal flexibility. The Strymon Magneto gives you full reign over your sound at every step thanks to its comprehensive controls and premium-grade components.

Brand

Strymon

Strymon is known for detailed digital effects and also makes Eurorack hardware for electronic instruments. The SynthForSale listings include Magneto, Starlab, SuperKar+ and the AA1 Level Shifter, bringing tape-style delay, reverberation, Karplus-Strong or resonant processing and level conversion into modular systems. These products are not ordinary stompboxes: format, power, audio levels and CV control need to be checked against the case and patch. Strymon is relevant here where studio-grade DSP or practical Eurorack interfacing is part of the synthesis setup.
