The Cre8audio Captn Big-Om Analog VCO with Waveshaping is a hugely versatile oscillator that provides you with a plethora of shaping and sculpting options in a compact 14HP module. Designed in partnership with Pittsburgh Modular Synthesizers the Captn Big-O uses 100% analog components to create an exciting and multi-functional oscillator module for Eurorack. Sculpt and shape four wave types with pulse width modulation two types of frequency modulation (FM) hard sync wavefolding and the integrated drive circuit to create unique and interesting sounds that go beyond the conventional. Captn Big-O allows you to get creative with your modular synth making it the perfect choice for modern sound designers. Patch in audio signals to manipulate them through the onboard tone-shaping features or send them through the drive circuit to create a synth-voice and unlock new sonic landscapes. The power is in your hands with CV modulation for each sculpting option you can dial in precisely how much external control you need to get the sound from your head into reality and into your music.
