The successor to IK Multimedia’s popular iRig HD, the iRig HD 2 guitar interface features all the capabilities of its predecessor, along with some interesting new features.
They’ve added A 1/4″ amp output jack integrates the iRig HD 2 seamlessly into your live rig. And a new FX/THRU switch toggles between two operation modes; The FX setting processes and feeds your signal to your amp without the need for an adapter whereas the THRU mode sends an unprocessed signal, so you can use your mobile device as a tuner or recorder. With all these added features, this pocket sized interface is an invaluable tool for guitarists, giving you all the great amp and pedal sounds in the palm of your hand.
